“Women value company 2017 – Intesa Sanpaolo” prize
Serena Tosa, top manager of the company, was awarded with the prize “Women Value Company 2017 – Intesa Sanpaolo”. Tosa Group stands out for the application of policies for the development of female job and for the gender diversity management: family-work reconciliation services; flexible policies in the work organization, development plans and valorisation of female skills and careers.
“Oicce” round table: the female work in the winery and mechanic industry
Winery and mechanic industries are mostly male industries, but things are going to change and women are getting more and more important roles in them. Serena took place to the round table to standing together with other winemaking women.
